Founded in April 2026, our pizzeria was built on a simple idea: to bring the true taste of Naples to North West London while creating a welcoming place where friends and families can enjoy great food together.

Behind Cuore di Napoli is Pizza Boy, whose journey into the world of pizza began at just 16 years old. His first job was washing dishes in a chicken shop in Watford. Although it wasn't glamorous, it provided the opportunity to learn how a busy kitchen operated and sparked a curiosity about cooking. Before long, he began experimenting with making pizzas, teaching himself the craft through dedication, practice, and a determination to improve every day.

An unexpected opportunity soon changed everything. When the business struggled to find a reliable pizza chef, Pizza Boy stepped in to help. What started as simply filling a gap quickly became a passion and, ultimately, a career. Every shift brought new challenges and new lessons, helping him develop the skills, discipline, and confidence needed to master the art of pizza making.

As the years passed, his passion led him to discover authentic Neapolitan pizza. Inspired by its centuries-old traditions, slow-fermented dough, simple yet exceptional ingredients, and the unmistakable flavour created by high-temperature baking, he became dedicated to perfecting the craft. He spent years refining recipes, improving techniques, and learning that great pizza is not about shortcuts—it's about patience, consistency, and respect for tradition.

Owning a pizzeria had always been a dream. After years of hard work, experience, and commitment, that dream became a reality with the opening of Cuore di Napoli in April 2026. Every detail of the business reflects the values that inspired it from the very beginning: authenticity, quality, hospitality, and a genuine love for Neapolitan pizza.

At Cuore di Napoli, every pizza is handcrafted using traditional methods and carefully selected ingredients. Our dough is prepared with care and allowed to develop naturally, our tomato sauce is rich and full of flavour, and we use premium mozzarella and high-quality toppings to create pizzas that stay true to their Neapolitan roots.
